CAPÍTULO 1: DE LA ESTRUCTURA DEL ESTADO
Artículo 114
Corresponde al Congreso de la República reformar la Constitución, hacer las leyes y ejercer control político sobre el gobierno y la administración.
El Congreso de la República, estará integrado por el Senado y la Cámara de Representantes.
